RIDE 2 [Moderate]

Route along paths and trails that lead us to the coastal Algarve countryside, passing through the low lands. The beautiful landscapes prevail, since the Ria Formosa woods S Rita and wavy profile of the Sierra de Tavira, through the orange groves of the low lands. The type of flooring varies between dirt road dirt and flat, loose stone paths to the mountain. Here should be highlighted small villages, they seem to have stopped in time. You return to the south the route parallels the river allowing Gilão beautiful panoramic of the valley. Arriving at the town of Tavira is to emphasize the historic district with its Roman bridge and its typical houses. The route back through the Ria Formosa salt and creeks.

RIDE 1 [Difficult]

Rural and city route, calm and with little traffic, takes us on a journey from the coast to the mountains from the coast road. The panoramic views predominate, highlighting the Ria Formosa and Castro Marim salt marsh, coastal, agricultural fields in the low lands, Mata Rita S, dams and the Bunk Odeleite on the Algarve hills. This route also passes through towns and villages with their beautiful white mansions and churches. To emphasize the quiet village of Santa Rita and the Chapel in honor of their patron saint, the beautiful villages of Odeleite and Castro Marim, and finally the beautiful Old Cacela overlooking the Ria Formosa. After Odeleite, the most northerly point, the route enters an old section of EN 122. There are about 11km of beautiful landscapes, twists and turns, lined with trees.
