RIDE 1 [Easy]

Route without long climbs, with rural and coastal landscapes. The section of coastline between Praia das Maçãs and Azenhas do Mar is the most beautiful and the contrast with the rural landscape in the rest of this route becomes very appealing.

RIDE 2 [Moderate]

Mountain trail. The first part has a moderate slope, followed by a long climb, passing Almoçageme until the Capuchin Convent. Some short climbs and descents after the Capuchins and during 4 km. Descent to the Hotel, through Sintra historic centre.

RIDE 3 [Difficult]

Route by the beach with a moderate climb from Colares to Azóia and after Cabo da Roca to Peninha. Descent to the outskirts of Malveira, then follow the mountain road through the village of Linhó. Follow the road of the racetrack to São Pedro de Sintra. Continue up to the center of São Pedro to descend to the hotel, passing by the historic center.
